A pub tenancy is the oldest franchise in the world. It is a fantastic way of entering the pub market from a minimal investment position.
You will be given a tenure of 5 years which is fully proteced by the Landlord and Tenant Act.
You will be allowed to operate the pub and run it as your own business creating an income stream for yourself and your family.
Our agreement has a key feature that you do not buy the fixtures and fittings, therefore reducing your initial investment, but you will be responsible for maintaining them to a good standard.

We want you to run a real pub, a place where your customers come to be entertained, to belong (‘it’s my local’), to feel safe, get good value for money and great service in a clean and tidy environment.
Finally, what do you need to take on a pub tenancy?
- relevant pub/leisure experience where responsibility for cash and stock was present in your duties
- £35,000; we look for the bulk of this to be raised on an un-borrowed basis (£10,000 to be held as security deposit, £25,000 used by you to purchase equipment, i.e. kitchen, glassware etc and as working capital)
- A good credit history since we will credit check all applicants
- Most importantly, a good desire and attitude to want to make a difference, wishing to grab a business opportunity and turn it into a strong, viable commercial success.
